The eTrekAdventures Story

eTrekAdventures was spawned out of the need for adventure and the ability to share it with others. Having more than 30 years in the cycling industry, we are so excited by the new advent of electric bikes or eBikes that are making it fun for people of all ages to re-discover the joys of riding a bike.

How do I book a tour?
Scheduling a Tour

At eTrekAdventures we have the very best in eBike rentals and tours. All of our tours we schedule on-demand. For availability on scheduled tours, check our calendar at the bottom of any Tour page on the website to see if any scheduled tours have availability for booking. By clicking any “Book Your Tour” button you’ll be able to see scheduled tours in the booking engine(powered by Peek). Simply click to choose availability on any calendar date to book the tour.

Requesting a booking date

If you do not see the date in the calendar you are looking for – click the link above the calendar to “request booking dates” – select the date and time you would like. Once submitted, our staff will be in touch with you via your choice of phone or email to schedule your booking.

Where can I ride an eBike for a self-guided rental?

At eTrekAdventures we’ve made it easy, simple and safe to chart an adventure of a lifetime.  For self-guided rentals check out our Routes website pages. Our route pages give you a lot of data for the ride like, time, distance, elevation, description and photos. Download the free app GPX Viewer and navigate any of our routes by downloading the coinciding GPX data to navigate in the app. GPX Viewer will navigate you to the route start. Enjoy the ride!

What kind of eBikes do you use?

At eTrekAdventures we use, for both our fleet rental and adventure tours, bikes by Rad Power Bikes. You can find out all the info on the bikes we use and how to choose the best eBike fit for you by going to Our eBikes website page.

Do I need to be an experienced cyclist to ride an eBike?

At eTrekAdventures one of the best things we love is that all ages and fitness levels can easily enjoy our eBikes. Whether you’re an advanced rider, a beginner, or haven’t been on a bike in years or since you were a kid, you are going to have a blast when you jump on an eBike – we guarantee it!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

At eTrekAdventures to receive a full refund on Rentals or Tours, you may cancel prior(up to) to 48hrs of the start time of your booking in the local time zone.  No refunds will be given after that time period.

We do also reserve the right to cancel due to inclement weather, for safety reasons – if we are not able to reschedule, we will issue a full refund.  All cancellations/refunds, rescheduling and ebike store credit requests must fill out our Request to Cancel/Reschedule form by clicking here.

A link to this form is also conveniently located in each booking Confirmation email received at the time of booking.
